Trusted Beneficiaries

We’ve launched the Trusted Beneficiaries module!

You can now store previously approved beneficiary accounts so that future Pay Out transactions with the same beneficiary details can bypass Name Mismatch review and be automatically approved by the system.

This is useful for cases where a low name similarity score is caused by formatting differences, such as prefixes or suffixes, titles, repeated names, truncated names, abbreviations, or other variations in how the beneficiary name is recorded by the bank.

With this release, you can:

Bypass Repeated Name Mismatch Reviews — Automatically approve future Pay Out transactions that match an existing Trusted Beneficiary entry.
Store Approved Beneficiary Details — Add beneficiary accounts to Trusted Beneficiaries through the standard Name Mismatch approval flow.
View and Manage Trusted Beneficiaries — Access the Trusted Beneficiaries module from the Merchant Dashboard to search, filter, review, and delete trusted beneficiary entries.
