1. I didn’t receive the email (OTP/Invitation Link) from Xenith. What should I do?

  1. If the OTP/Invitation email isn’t in your inbox:

    1. Wait a few minutes, as the email might take some time to arrive.
    2. Check your spam or junk folder.
  2. If you cannot find the OTP email:

    1. Wait for the resend code countdown.

    2. When available, click the “Resend Code” button and check your inbox.


2. What if I forget my password?

  1. Click “Forgot your password?” on the login page.
  2. Enter your registered email address.
  3. Verify your identity using the OTP sent to your email.
  4. Set a new password to regain access.
