Status Page
The Status Page provides real-time visibility into the health of both the core system and payment channels for Pay In and Pay Out service. It empowers you to proactively monitor service availability, identify issues, and reduce reliance on our support team. Use cases:
- Quickly check if core services (e.g., API, Dashboard, Callbacks) are functioning properly.
- Monitor the operational status of payment channels, organized by currency and payment method.
The status indicators:
Status | Description |
---|---|
✅ Operational | System or channel is fully operational. |
⚠️ Degraded | System or channel is partially impacted by an issue but still operational. |
❌ Major Outage | System or channel is down and unavailable. |
⚙️ Maintenance | System or channel is temporarily offline due to scheduled maintenance. |

System Status: Monitor the health of core services including API, Callback Status, Hosted Checkout Status, API Documentation Status, and Dashboard Status

Payment Channel Status: Monitor the real-time status of payment channels, organized by Transaction Type (Pay In/Pay Out), currency (grouped by each of your supported currency), and includes channel-level detail (payment method, payment channel, channel name).

Real-Time Updates: Statuses are updated in real time. A timestamp indicates the last time the data was refreshed, ensuring transparency and reliability.
