1. Can an Admin user edit another Admin’s permissions?
No, Admin users cannot edit the roles or permissions of other Admins through the Merchant Dashboard. To make changes to an Admin user, please contact us at [email protected].
2. Can a user with access to User Management change their own role?
No, users cannot change their own roles or permissions — even if they have access to User Management. Only Admin users can modify the roles and permissions of Custom users. However, even Admin users cannot change their own role or permissions.
3. How do I resend an invitation to a user who hasn’t activated their account?
Users can access the Merchant Dashboard either through the setup link in the invitation email or via SSO. If the invitation email has expired, login is only possible via SSO. To resend an invitation so the user can set up their credentials again, please contact us at [email protected].
4. Do permissions apply to API access as well?
No, the roles and permissions in User Management apply only to the Merchant Dashboard. For API access, please refer to the Developer Settings section, where you can manage API Keys and IP Whitelists.
5. Is there a limit to the number of users I can add to my organisation?
No, there is currently no limit to the number of users you can add to your organisation.
6. Can one email be used for multiple Xenith organisations?
Yes, a single email address can be used across multiple Xenith organisations. However, the role and permissions will be unique to each organisation and depend on the specific configuration.
