1. How can I edit a Beneficiary Accounts?
To make changes to an existing Beneficiary Account:
- Sign In: Log in to your Xenith account.
- Navigate to Beneficiary Accounts: Go to the "Beneficiary Accounts" tab.
- Select Account to Edit: Locate the account you wish to modify.
- Access Edit Menu: Click on the three dots menu (⋮) next to the account and select "Edit".
2. How can I delete a Beneficiary Accounts?
If you need to remove a Beneficiary Account:
- Sign In: Log in to your Xenith account.
- Navigate to Beneficiary Accounts: Go to the "Beneficiary Accounts" tab.
- Select Account to Delete: Find the account you want to remove.
- Access Delete Menu: Click on the three dots menu (⋮) next to the account and select "Delete."
3. How can I cancel a Settlement?
If you need to cancel a Settlement, you can do so to the settlement request with “Pending” or “Processing” status by:
- Contact Support: Reach out to our support team as soon as possible via [email protected] or through our agreed communication channels.
- Provide Details: Include the Settlement ID and reason for cancellation.
- Confirmation: Our team will confirm if the Settlement can be cancelled and notify you of the outcome.
