1. How can I edit a Beneficiary Accounts?

To make changes to an existing Beneficiary Account:

  • Sign In: Log in to your Xenith account.
  • Navigate to Beneficiary Accounts: Go to the "Beneficiary Accounts" tab.
  • Select Account to Edit: Locate the account you wish to modify.
  • Access Edit Menu: Click on the three dots menu (⋮) next to the account and select "Edit". Beneficiary - Edit.png

2. How can I delete a Beneficiary Accounts?

If you need to remove a Beneficiary Account:

  • Sign In: Log in to your Xenith account.
  • Navigate to Beneficiary Accounts: Go to the "Beneficiary Accounts" tab.
  • Select Account to Delete: Find the account you want to remove.
  • Access Delete Menu: Click on the three dots menu (⋮) next to the account and select "Delete." Beneficiary - Remove.png

3. How can I cancel a Settlement?

If you need to cancel a Settlement, you can do so to the settlement request with “Pending” or “Processing” status by:

  • Contact Support: Reach out to our support team as soon as possible via [email protected] or through our agreed communication channels.
  • Provide Details: Include the Settlement ID and reason for cancellation.
  • Confirmation: Our team will confirm if the Settlement can be cancelled and notify you of the outcome.
